The Business Systems Administrator is a critical part of the Finance Systems team, serving as the primary administrator of the ERP and other financial systems. This person will lead the day to day administration of the Financial Systems including resolving access requests, troubleshooting incidents and taking on ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems administration background with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Perform general administrative duties for multiple SaaS Financial Systems including NetSuite ERP, Nexonia and Callidus
  • Manage the creation of users, roles and access to ensure compliance with SOX
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to corporate accounting, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes
  • Monitor system integrations and performance
  • Test bug fixes and new functionality
  • Conduct ad-hoc trainings
  • Research and recommend solutions to extend system functionality
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field
  • 1+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, Nexonia, Callidus or other SaaS tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Extremely organized with excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Outstanding executive level communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • NetSuite certifications a plus
