This position reports to the International Accounting Supervisor and is a key member of the Accounting team.
  • Responsible for close process and monthly accounting package including analysis of P&L and B/S
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts (prepayments/accruals/payroll etc.)
  • Management of fixed assets
  • Monitor marketing budgets against actual spending
  • Assist on internal and external audits
  • Assist on the accounting of several international subsidiaries
  • Ensure compliance with company SOX procedures and assist with implementation of new procedures
  • Ensure timely filing of VAT tax filings
  • Prepare (larger) VIES filings
  • Participate in new systems and process implementation
  • Participate actively as part of our company wide finance team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or the equivalent
  • 1+ years of accounting or finance experience with MNC preferably in software industry
  • Part Qualified accountant / studying towards qualification
  • Ambitious individual seeking a challenging role in high growth dynamic tech company
  • Experience of handling payroll, AP, FA, intercompany & statutory compliance activities
  • Experience using NetSuite a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly motivated and determined individual with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and comfortable working with large amounts of data
