Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise-wide Applications, this individual will be joining our Global Information Technology team and will bring a helpful & friendly mind-set supporting our US-based offices as well as supporting other sites as required. We are looking for an applications automation and integration professional who can improve efficiency across our IT service organization, as well as across various lines of business within LogMeIn.

  • Automation of business processes using PowerShell and/or other scripting languages. For example, working with various business units (HRIS, IT or Sales) to automate key parts of identity management lifecycle.
  • Proactively identifing additional workflow optimization opportunities for Internal IT tasks like user provisioning and de-provisioning, service desk management or software/application catalog.
  • Application administration, access, and customization for a growing list of globally shared SaaS and on-premise tools. Experience with Azure AD, Office 365, Slack, Samanage, Intune, Azure Automation and LastPass Enterprise are a plus.
  • Work with various business units and development teams to provide integration technical knowledge and expertise during the rollout of new applications into our environment.
  • Packaging applications for deployment via SCCM.

  • Direct, hands-on experience in scripting with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  • Experience automating business processes and integrating SaaS applications with on-premise solutions. For example, working with tools like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, Slack and SAManage (ticketing system).
  • Experience working with Jenkins, Azure Automation, or other automation platforms.
  • Comprehensive work within Windows/Active Directory/Microsoft Exchange.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, Global IT or Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication and time management skills.
