DIRECTOR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - GOTOMEETING / OPENVOICE

ABOUT ROLE
We are seeking a passionate, seasoned and entrepreneurial Director Product Management to join our Communication & Collaboration products line of business. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to drive continuous market leadership for GoToMeeting, the global SMB market leader for web meetings, while delivering substantial revenue growth for the company.

In this role, you will be a senior member of the product leadership team and will develop and execute on the product strategy, business model, and product roadmap for GoToMeeting and OpenVoice. You will coordinate and partner with leaders in engineering, design, marketing, sales, and care to develop and optimize the product features, user experience, go-to-market model, pricing, customer acquisition, service delivery, and customer support offerings.

As a seasoned SaaS product leader, you will have demonstrated an ability to identify new market opportunities, translate customer problems into new, revenue-generating products, and collaborate effectively with peers in engineering and design to deliver on the product strategy. You are naturally customer-centric and thrive on user interactions and feedback. You have the analytical capabilities to dive deep into data sources and uncover insights and opportunities that lead to growth. You have a demonstrated ability to take calculated risks and utilize customer feedback to drive decision making. You are a product leader who can motivate the product, engineering and design teams with your passion and vision and a team leader with a proven track record for executing iteratively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct team of highly skilled, self-motivated product managers.
  • Develop and optimize an effective business model for sustained long-term growth.
  • Develop and execute product vision, strategies and roadmaps.
  • Direct the evaluation and analysis of market opportunities and competitive offerings.
  • Socialize product strategies with executive team, functional leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor key business performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on customer/product usage and feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 7-10 years of experience in SaaS product management in a fast-paced growth-oriented company.
  • Experience of managing and developing product management teams successfully.
  • Proven track record of launching new products, managing product releases and developing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to successfully partner with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization to drive business optimizations.
  • Proven ability to engage with and present to executive management and functional leaders.
  • Proven experience operating in a Lean and Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with communications and messaging products a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, passionate team oriented individual.
  • Willingness to travel (20-40%) periodically.
