Employee Resource Groups are just one way we make sure people are heard and engaged. The groups are voluntary, and employee led. Among other things, they hold webinars and workshops to educate all LogMeIn employees and build cultural understanding.

LogMeIn has ERGs for women, LGBTQIA+ employees, Black employees, people of Asian and Pacific Islander decent, and staff whose primary focus is family, whether they’re expecting a child or taking care of an elder parent. Allies are always welcome.
