Exciting opportunity for an accounting professional looking to join a dynamic public software company who are a global leader in SaaS. This position reports to the Manager of Revenue Operations and is part of the Revenue Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detailed oriented, person looking for a challenging growth opportunity.

  • Enter sales orders and contract terms into the Company’s order entry systems assuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness
  • Review refund requests and process accordance with the Company’s Policies
  • Perform customer credit checks and manage customer database in Company’s financial management system
  • Provide thorough and timely support to Sales, Customer Care and Accounts Receivable on customer account and billing inquiries or collections issues
  • Communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism with both internal and external customers
  • Participate in Monthly close process through creation of journal entries and performing account reconciliations, as needed
  • Support quarterly audit work by completing revenue confirmations and assisting on gathering selection support documents
  • Work with Revenue Accounting Manager, Sr Revenue Ops Manager and Director of Revenue on special projects
  • The ideal candidate is detail oriented, accountable, possess a high degree of integrity with strong organization skills, excellent communication skills and can collaborate in a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate is someone who can work independently in high volume data transaction environment, analyze problems while proactively implementing solutions and process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 1-3 years experience preferably in software, high tech industry or a publicly traded company
  • NetSuite, Salesforce and Contract Management Software experience is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross functional team environment including Sales, Legal, and Accounting colleagues
  • Good work ethic, drive to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
