ABOUT ROLE

We are searching for a Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant to work closely with our Sales team in a cross-functional capacity. In this role, you will explain, demonstrate, and promote the LogMeIn products to potential customers in the region. You must have the ability to develop a solid understanding of our customer’s operational, web site architecture, security, and technical requirements in order to map that information into a solution that meets their needs. Experience of working in cloud services / SaaS products organizations is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle determining requirements, running customized demonstrations, providing technical training, and playing a key role in pilots and post-sale implementations with larger accounts.
  • Monitor implementation activity, working closely with the client to ensure business requirements are well defined, system is configured appropriately, and key pilot objectives are well defined.
  • Work with client over the course of the implementation to ensure strong adoption of system usage is in place and the necessary metrics for the pilot are collected in order to create the ROI presentations at the conclusion of the pilot.
  • Assist the Professional Services team during the implementation process with program level support.
  • Understand LogMeIn system architecture, security, and technical requirements and be comfortable partnering to lead presentations and discussions on these areas with client's Chief Security Officers.
  • Keep up to date on competitors’ products in the market and provide feedback and input to product marketing on roadmap requirements and product direction.
  • Work closely with other groups within LogMeIn to team on escalating/ troubleshooting any issues, providing detailed input to diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Communicate with clients by email and phone as well as perform client visits for presentations and training workshops and attend trade shows from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 8-10 years of experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Networking, and Mobile technology required.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, javascript, Jquery, PHP and JSON required, mobile development (iOS XCode/Android) a plus
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Base, Artificial Intelligence and bot technology is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow and ZenDesk is a plus
  • Ability to present competently and confidently to clients. Ability to handle Q&A sessions during presentations
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space.
  • Project management skills managing both internal and client resources
  • Strong problem solving capabilities with a 'get it done' attitude, helping to overcome any technical hurdles with the adoption and roll out of LogMeIn solutions during the pre-sales process
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently when required
